One of my favorite projects from this last year was designing the collateral for Music on the Half Shell . Creative Images takes an active role in the community and this is one event that we are a Benefactor Sponsor for every year. This summer concert series began 17 years ago with a mission to provide free concerts to the people in Roseburg featuring quality artists who would normally perform at distant venues for a substantial admission fee

The Coffee Wars – Competing Campaigns

I recently spotted this ad campaign by Starbucks on a bus kiosk. I thought it was a nice use of typography (I am a huge fan of the slab serif) and a good play on the organic look. But as I delved deeper into the messenging I found out that these posters are in response to some ad campaigns by the competition – McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts who have been eating into Starbucks share of the market as well as capitalizing on heightened cost savings

Today Topshop launched its collaboration collection with fashion illustrator Barbara Hulanicki. Barbara worked as a freelance illustrator covering fashion collections for Women’s Wear Daily and British Vogue. She started the store Biba, which was a world famous England based company dominating the fashion scene in the 60′s and 70′s
